Towne Answering Service is pleased to introduce an advanced-technology secure text messaging service.

This technology was developed for government entities and has been adapted for use with smart phones to provide HIPPA compliant messaging for Towne’s clients in the medical community. Integrating the secure paging product OnPage by OnSet Technologies enables medical professionals to receive encrypted messages with extended character content, including automatic ‘read receipt’, reducing follow-up expenses.

Although developed to meet the needs of the medical community, this technology is available for any of Towne’s clients that would like to improve service response times.
